In January 2016, we decided to expand DAPLH to become a part of handicap ministry, as the Bible said, in the book of Matthew, chapter 4, verse 4 states: Jesus answered, "It is written: “Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.” The ministry will help children and adult living with disabilities in Democratic Republic of Congo to learn about God, thru Jesus Christ, accept Him as Lord and Savior, and come close and give their life to Him.

This is the reason why we decided to expand the ministry as part of this organization. To start this project, however, we realized that many of disables people living in Congo are so poor that they don’t have money to procure a bible. For this purpose, we decided to raise funds to help purchase more than 100,000 bibles to distribute around to those who can’t afford to buy one. To procure that number of bibles we need to raise a lot of money. And we know it is not going to be easy, but we believe by the grace of our God, we will make it. That is why we are asking for a much-needed assistance from our brothers and sisters in Christ, to help us achieve the above objective and goals.
